First Underground Press Conference "past/FUTURE"
in the Bochnia Salt Mine
About the Project
First Underground Press Conference "past/FUTURE" in the Bochnia Salt Mine is the title of a press conference organized by Eleven Zett Productions as part of the project "Introduction of the unique cultural and educational offer on the accessible tourist route in the Bochnia Salt Mine - UNESCO World Heritage Site". The meeting was devoted to journalists and it took place on 23rd November 2017 in the 18th-century chamber of Mysiur Stable.
Invited guests went over 200 meters underground thanks to the mining elevator. Then, the train took them from the underground station straight to the conference venue, where the speakers were waiting for them. During the meeting the journalists heard the details of the project and its guiding concept, and for the first time, full visualizations of the investment.
The task of Eleven was the comprehensive preparation and coordination of the conference by developing a big idea, writing and distributing press releases, interviews and expert articles, preparing a professional press kit for the media and conducting the meeting itself. Despite the short preparation time (one week), the conference ended with succes.
